We can provide a range of services for your event, including mobile bartending, and high-quality bar rentals. Our mobile bartending services include a free consultation, a la carte beverage options, personalized cocktail menus, and completely customizable packages to fit your specific needs and budget. We also offer all sorts of fresh juices, traditional soft drinks, types of drinking ice and fresh fruit and herbs. Our bar rentals come in a variety of styles and sizes to fit any event theme or decor. We offer everything from whiskey barrel bars, classic wooden bars and simple table bars to modern LED-lit bars to ensure that your event bar stands out.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE DRINK MENUS AND THEME THEM?
Yes, we understand that each event is unique and special, which is why we offer the option to customize drink menus and theme them according to your preferences. Our team of experienced mixologists can work with you to create a bespoke cocktail menu tailored to your event, whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or private party. We can also incorporate specific themes or color schemes to ensure that the drinks and presentation complement the overall ambiance of your event.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A BAR RENTAL & GLASSWARE FOR MY EVENT?
Yes, we can provide a bar rental and help facilitate glassware for your event! We offer a wide selection of bar rental options to fit any style and budget. Whether you need a classic wooden bar, whiskey barrel bar or a modern LED bar, we have you covered. Our team can help you choose the perfect bar rental option that fits your event theme and size.
CAN YOU HOST A CASH BAR FOR EVENTS?
No, we do not offer cash bar services for events. This is because we do not hold a liquor license, which is required to operate a cash bar in Virginia. While it may be tempting to offer a cash bar to save costs or make a profit, it is important to understand the legal and liability risks involved. Without a liquor license, serving alcohol for profit is illegal in Virginia and can result in fines and legal consequences. Additionally, hosting a cash bar puts the responsibility of monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring guests' safety solely on the event host or planner, rather than a licensed, insured and trained beverage company. This can lead to potential liability issues and risks for the host or planner.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY?
We offer multiple payment options for our clients' convenience, including credit card, check, and cash payments. Our payment process is 100% online, encrypted, simple and transparent, with clear itemized quotes, invoices and receipts provided for all transactions. In terms of our refund policy, we strive to be flexible and understanding of our clients' needs. If an event is canceled and we are notified at least 14 days before the event, we will work with the client to provide a full or partial refund, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while also being transparent and accommodating in all aspects of our business.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend that you book our services as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and attention to detail, and early booking allows us to prepare and tailor our services to your specific needs. Depending on the size and complexity of your event, we suggest booking at least two months in advance to secure your date and ensure that we have ample time to coordinate with your venue and any other vendors involved. However, we understand that sometimes events can come up unexpectedly or require last-minute changes so we can actually book as soon as 72 hours before the big day if schedules and availability permit. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs and work with you to provide the best possible service. So whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or private party, don't hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible to secure your date and ensure a stress-free and successful event.
HOW DO YOU KEEP MY GUESTS SAFE WHEN CONSUMING ALCOHOL??
The safety of your guests is our top priority. We have a team of experienced and trained bartenders who are well-versed in responsible alcohol service. Our team strictly adheres to local laws and regulations when it comes to alcohol consumption. We ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving. In addition, our bartenders are trained to recognize signs of intoxication and are equipped to intervene and stop serving alcohol to any guest who appears to be overly intoxicated. We also offer non-alcoholic beverage options to ensure that all guests have access to a variety of drink options.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE LEFTOVER ALCOHOL AFTER THE EVENT?
We understand the importance of being responsible with leftover alcohol after an event. First, we re-cap all bottles and neatly organize them for client pick up or placement. This way, the alcohol stays fresh and ready to use for future events.
We also make sure that during the event, we manage your stock of wine, beer, and spirits to ensure items are returnable by not wetting or damaging the labels of supplies we do not use. This can save you money when you can return unused alcohol.
